MEDIORINFRINGEMENTS SUPPORT SPECIALIST
As an Infringements Support Specialist, you will be responsible for protecting the studio’s intellectual property—monitoring the internet, identifying and resolving cases of unauthorized distribution, piracy, or misuse of Bohemia Interactive’s content. Your responsibilities will include communicating with platforms, partners, and the player community, reporting incidents, and assisting in the enforcement of the removal of illegal copies or copyright infringements. Close cooperation with other teams to ensure the security of our games and company brand is an integral part of this role.
INFRINGEMENTS SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
Communication with the user community
Reviewing and approving monetization requests, and the subsequent management and updating of related databases
Investigating cases of violation of our monetization rules and Terms of Service (ToS)
Communicating with individuals who have breached monetization rules and implementing appropriate measures
Close cooperation with the legal department and assisting in the investigation of cases involving violations of intellectual property rights
Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant industry experience
Ability to work with documents in English—business-level English (mainly written form—emails)
Technical proficiency
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and networking tools
Nice to have:
Knowledge of our games is a big advantage (especially Arma, DayZ)
Interest in legal/contracts/agreements/trademarks
