ANIMATOR
As a Senior Animator, your primary focus will be the creation of realistic in-game character animations, with a strong emphasis on motion capture-driven animation. The goal of the animation team is to deliver immersive, realistic character movement that supports gameplay and enhances player experience. We are looking for proactive, skilled animators who are eager to learn new techniques, contribute creatively, and grow both professionally and personally.
Responsibilities:
Process, clean, and refine motion capture data for in-game use.
Work closely with programmers and designers to develop believable first-person and authentic third-person character animations.
Collaborate with our in-house Motion Capture facility.
Deliver immersive, realistic character movement that supports gameplay.
Provide feedback and guidance to junior animators.
Regularly report progress and results to the Lead Animator.
Requirements:
Showreel demonstrating your animation work.
Experience creating core gameplay animations for FPV/TPV games.
Strong experience working with motion capture data.
Ability to demonstrate a broad range of character and/or creature animation skills.
Very good understanding of animation principles.
Proficiency with a major animation package, preferably MotionBuilder.
Passion for creating realistic and high-quality animations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
